About Us.
Terry established the business in honour of his first grandchild, Brooklyn. Having worked within a family-run business for 27 years, this was something he was keen to carry forward into his own company. He believes that strong relationships are built on trust, honesty, and openness, creating long-lasting partnerships with clients.
The business was founded to bring a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to civil engineering and groundworks, built on real site experience and a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver projects on time whilst maintaining high standards.

Terry has over 30 years’ experience within the industry, specialising in roads and sewers, infrastructure, and commercial and industrial projects. Having worked across a wide range of schemes, this experience provides a strong understanding of both technical requirements and practical site delivery.
This ensures projects are managed effectively from start to finish, with a clear focus on safety, quality, coordination, and achieving programme targets.
